Dr. Luke Griffith had a vision to open a family practice veterinarian clinic. He considers your companion animals, your pets, as a part of your family. And his vision was for an animal hospital that also treated your pets as part of their family.

With the encouragement of family and friends, Dr. Luke started working to open Three Springs Animal Hospital in Bowling Green, KY. He had served as a staff member at established clinics with the business side of the practice already addressed. So, he knew what he wanted out of his computer system, but did not know how to get there. A mutual friend mentioned his need to Allen Riley of ABR Systems Group. Following a tour of the clinic under construction and detailed discussions of Dr. Luke’s expectations, we presented an equipment and services proposal to Dr. Luke.
ABR staff worked with AVImark, a provider of Veterinary Practice Management software, to ensure software would function as needed.
While construction continued and personnel were being hired, ABR took on the responsibility of establishing the IT system. We ordered Dell Optiplex computers and a Latitude notebook, setting up a peer-to-peer network in our office ready to be placed in the hospital. Internet and telephone capabilities were addressed and cabling was verified. ABR staff worked with AVImark, a provider of Veterinary Practice Management software, to ensure software would function as needed. Initial versions were loaded on notebook computer so that data files could be setup and training could take place.
In addition, we assisted Three Springs Animal Hospital in establishing their web and social media presence. The domain (threespringsvet.com) was purchased and both website and e-mail established. Landing pages were setup in Facebook and Google + to start attracting visitors and search engine hits.
As construction completed and the hospital was ready to open, the pre-configured and pre-loaded equipment was transported to the site and installed. X-Ray, Rx Labels, and other veterinary specific equipment was connected and tested. At opening, ABR personnel were available to address any need of the practice.
